The Jubilee Bar is the bar at Harding House—a place where our roots in beer and Tennessee agriculture have grown into a full beverage and hospitality experience.

Alongside Harding House beer, you’ll find seasonal cocktails, thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic drinks, spirits and wine, food from Saap Saap BBQ, and soft serve from Dogwood Acres Dairy. Across the bar and kitchen, local ingredients and the seasons help shape what we serve.

Grab a stool at the bar, settle into a couch by the windows, or gather around a table with friends. Jubilee was built to be a place to settle in, celebrate, and stay awhile.

The name is a nod to celebration, and we want every visit to feel like one.

Our beer starts with local ingredients, and the bar works the same way. The Jubilee Bar draws inspiration from what Tennessee farms are growing throughout the year—from fresh fruits, herbs, and vegetables to grains, honey, spices, and other ingredients rooted in our region. The menu evolves with the seasons, celebrating what’s fresh, distinctive, and worth putting in the glass right now.
